    Open the esignature dashboard, save all signed forms to customer folder, attach to policies.

    ** Some states are testing out esignatures through NECHO, and the forms are automatically sent to corporate. If you are in one of these states, you can close the task and move on.

  • The customer needs to sign the SF Billing Consent
    Open the SF Billing Account & resend the authorization via email or text.

Please use the work item link to check current consent authorization status and follow up with the customer as needed. If authorization is not obtained within 7 days of enrollment, they will be removed from AutoPay.
